These terms apply when you use makeupartistry.nyc and when you book with Tyca Beaute. By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Appointments and deposits
- Book through the booking page on this site. Bookings are handled by Acuity Scheduling.
- A 20% deposit is paid online when you book. It holds your time and is applied to your total on the day.
- You can reschedule at no charge up to 72 hours before your appointment, straight from your confirmation email. Inside 72 hours, message us and we will do our best to move you.
- Deposits are not refunded for cancellations made inside 72 hours or for missed appointments.
- Home service makeup covers Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx. Bridal parties can be done on site at your venue; message us for a group quote.
- Tell us about any allergy or skin sensitivity before your appointment so we can choose the right products. We may decline a service if it is not safe for you.
Prices
Prices on this site are a guide and can change without notice. The price confirmed when you book is the one that applies. If a price on the site is listed by mistake, we will tell you before you pay.
Content on this site
The text, images and logos on this site belong to Tyca Beaute or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content for commercial use without asking. Your results depend on your own skin, hair and goals.
Links to other sites
Our site links to booking, map and social media pages run by other companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content.
No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Details such as services, hours and prices can change.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tyca Beaute is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
